How to say this... It's not that this exact situation occurs often. This is the first time I've had my hand stuck to someone quite like this. However... strange things do happen in this place.

[ Akashi doesn't want people to leave him, so the guy should be happy there's one person who isn't leaving right now until he talks to Akashi face-to-face. ]
[ Oh. Oh no. Admittedly, Akashi's not really sure how he would have handled the situation, but it likely would have involved pretending the conversation didn't happen.
He's a little unsure how to proceed now, but he lets Mayuzumi in, anyway. On the way to Akashi's floor, he'll probably meet the landlady - a middle-aged woman with long curly hair and a voluptuous body. She seems to be very fond of "Seijuro", and if she finds out Mayuzumi is on his way to visit him, she'll hand him a plate of cookies to give to the redhead.
Akashi waits by the door, only opening it when he sees Mayuzumi from the peephole. He doesn't say anything, but he does look pretty guilty about something. ]
[ He expected this to happen. He didn't go to Mayuzumi or tell him anything because he knew Emerald would go to him. And if Mayuzumi had to pick sides, he knew he'd side with Emerald and not with him. They liked each other first. Akashi's just a hanger on, anyway.
It takes him a few minutes to finish what he's doing so he can go down. He asked his landlady if he could install some more locks on his door (to which the landlady had to ask why, but Akashi didn't really give any details) and if he could have security cameras all over his apartment. The locks were an easy remedy - she just had someone come up. The cameras would have to be installed another time, but Akashi would have to spend for it.
He doesn't seem like he's cried a lot once he's come down, but he's upset and betrayed and scared and it all somehow shows in his face. He doesn't think he needs to offer any explanation to Mayuzumi. Would Mayuzumi even listen, if he did? That's why he doesn't say anything and doesn't offer anything. He'll wait for the right time to speak. ]
[ Midorima had been hanging around very specific group of people lately and had, admittedly.. somewhat been avoiding his basketball buddies. Not Akashi explicitly, but as a group they can be somewhat overwhelming and Midorima isn't aching to go back into the role of group dad, even if that isn't what he would refer to it as. So the last month or so, he's been leaning more into the relationships he's started forming here in Prismatica.
Except somehow he managed to end up friends with a bunch of people who get really busy really easily, and with his workplace proximity associate (read: friend) Weiss being busy with her show running longer because of its success, Midorima's finding himself wanting intelligent company that he doesn't particularly have to worry about anything romantic or sexual with. The first person he thought of and decided he could use the company of.. well, he was standing at his door now. It'd been a while since they've just been able to spend time together. Despite that he acts like he doesn't, he misses his old friend.
And so, he knocks on his door, bushel of mint in his left hand (his lucky item) and two cans of udon in his other. ]
