They are like this bundle of agencies that handle talents
Once they accept you, they schedule your program and help you manage your career
And they help you find auditions and gigs more often
They have the rehearsal halls and stuff like that where you can practice and meet other people that are in the business

We may just be students and athletes where we're from, but in a world like this, we have to be adults.
