While Kuroko is sure Akashi is experienced, there's a reason friendships and peers don't randomly kiss.
He falls silent, his mind racing for another alternative. Is chrome intelligent? Can it detect two lips versus lips and a hand? No, it would need to for kissing to be different than hugging. All that doesn't seem to be touching is their lips. Still... ]
[ Akashi would be fine with doing what he can in order to get what he wants. While he appreciates being Kuroko's friends, being stuck together like this is a little awkward. Not to mention, he values Emerald far more than anybody else. He's not sure Emerald would take kindly to seeing such a sight. It's nothing against Kuroko.
It just feels like something he shouldn't be doing with somebody whom he isn't dating.
[ Kuroko respects both Akashi and Emerald too much to push it as far as the other couples. If she found them forced to hold hands, Kuroko is sure she'd laugh and tease them. If they chose to kiss, however, that would be something within their power.
He hopes this solution will help, though his hopes aren't very high.
Reaching for the hand not bound to him, Kuroko lifts it to his lips, much like a prince meeting a princess, though neither of them are either of those things. His lips brush across Akashi's skin, waiting to see if it would allow a surge of chroma to cross between them.
The surge comes, but it's weak. It's more than hugging, but their hands stay linked. ]
[ Akashi observes Kuroko carefully and lets the gesture happen. There's not much that he can say before it does, and when their hands remain linked even after Kuroko kisses the back of his hand, he realises that there is probably nothing in particular that they need to do to free themselves from the spell. ]
That's alright. We'll wait it out. We tried what we can.
